Typically we aim to dispatch for next day delivery. However due to the current pandemic delivery is likely to take 1-3 days from order on in stock UK products.
We have a no refund policy on face masks or face shields unless there is a genuine issue with the supplied goods.

A tracking number will be provided to you by email from MyHermes. This will allow you to track the status of your parcel. Occasionally we may use other courier options such as Royal Mail or Post Office depending on size of goods. In this case you should receive a tracking number by email.
