Orders and Shipping
Typically we aim to dispatch for next day delivery. However due to the current pandemic delivery is likely to take 1-3 days from order on in stock UK products.

A tracking number will be provided to you by email from MyHermes. This will allow you to track the status of your parcel. Occasionally we may use other courier options such as Royal Mail or Post Office depending on size of goods. In this case you should receive a tracking number by email.
We will delete all credit card information on file for security.
Our company Uprise LED Ltd is VAT registered and will charge VAT on every order. The VAT is shown “inclusive” on every product item listed and will be itemised accordingly on the store page.

This is order dependent. Depending on the size and quantity of items ordered will depend on how many packages are delivered. Typically we’ve found items go out in one package.

We have a no refund policy on face masks or face shields for sanity reasons. If there is a genuine issue with the supplied goods then we will consider a refund on return.
If you have received the wrong item we apologise and would like to help rectify the issue.
If your order has arrived damage please let us know and send images of the damage. Every effort has been made to ensure quality and product checking before dispatch. Should you experience a damaged order we will help resolve this issue.
